Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SiteLeads (the “Service”), operated by Orzel Labs (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

SiteLeads helps you discover local businesses and assess their web presence for lead-generation and prospecting purposes. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Credits, billing, and refunds

• The Service is offered on a pay-as-you-go basis. You purchase credit that is consumed as you scan businesses, at the rates shown on our pricing page.
• Purchased credit does not expire but is non-transferable.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing credit you agree to Stripe’s terms in addition to these Terms.
• Except where required by law, payments for credit are non-refundable. Promotional or bonus credit has no cash value.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law, including data-protection and anti-spam laws.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
• Use data obtained through the Service in a way that violates the rights of the businesses or individuals it concerns.

Data accuracy

Business and web-presence data is gathered from third-party sources such as the Google Places API and is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that any lead information is accurate, complete, or current, and you are responsible for how you use it, including compliance with applicable outreach and marketing laws.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Orzel Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content except as necessary to use the Service.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orzel Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (state to be specified), without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
